This hotel in Vietnam is a real hidden gem. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had an amazing view of the river. It was such a treat waking up to such a fabulous view every morning. The location of the hotel right in the center of town was also a major plus. We were able to easily explore all the attractions and it made getting around so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the breakfast! The selection was fantastic, with a great variety of options to choose from, including an egg & noodle bar. It was a perfect way to start the day and fuel up for our adventures.

I stayed at River Hotel for three nights during my visit to Ha Tien. The staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage and organizing transportation. Our corner room had a lovely view of the river, and the bed was super comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise when they arranged flowers, a birthday card, and a cake for my special day. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I look forward to returning in the future.

We hopped on a boat for a quick 35-minute ride and arrived at these stunning islands. The kids were thrilled to explore the pristine beaches, swim in crystal-clear waters, and build sandcastles. It was the perfect family getaway, allowing us to create cherished memories together.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

Spent New Year’s here and it was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was sparkling clean although a tad small, but great for a refreshing dip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us find the local market and recommended some good local restaurants. the hotel is within walking distance to the river and has stunning views at night.

The hotel could improve its food offering, breakfast offering was slim and limited, and the food was average at best. the hotel was undergoing some renovations, so some areas were not accessible, but it did not affect our stay.

The bed was super comfy, customer service was lightning fast via email, and the hotel's location is jaw-droppingly convenient near the center. Plus, our room had a mind-blowing view of the river and was just steps away from the Phu Quoc harbor. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast spread was top-notch. The facilities were spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. They even accommodated our early check-in and arranged a taxi for us to visit the stunning cave monastery on the outskirts of town. our stay was simply amazing!

Located very close to the ferry port for those travelling to Phu Quoc, and also conveniently located next to the night market on the riverside, this hotel is in a great location. The center of the city is only a few minutes' walk away and you can enjoy stunning river views right from your window. The spacious rooms are clean with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provide great service and are very helpful, making for a comfortable stay.

One minor issue is the lack of variety at breakfast, with limited options for western guests.
